A registered charity, non-profit association, religious community, animal welfare org, scout group or business with charitable activity gets the same support as a paying client: same standards, same documentation, same response times.
I don’t charge for it. No invoice is sent. The only condition is honesty about who the work is for. If in doubt, ask; one email settles most cases.
