What Hermes is
Hermes Agent is an autonomous agent from Nous Research, the lab behind the Hermes models. It keeps memory across sessions, learns recurring workflows as reusable skills, runs scheduled jobs with built-in cron, connects to other systems through APIs and MCP, and talks to you on Telegram, Slack, Teams or e-mail — twenty-plus platforms from one gateway.
Hermes for Business
For companies, Hermes runs as a shared, hosted deployment in Hermes’ own portal, on their hardware: one central balance funds the team, every member gets an agent, and skills spread across the organisation. No server for you to own or patch. Work an agent like this takes on: triaging a shared inbox, pulling reports and data from Business Central over the API, monitoring integrations and surfacing failures while they are still cheap, research, document production. What I set up: platform access, system integrations, and the permissions — who may touch what, spend caps, logs.
